GLI appoints David Elmore to North American casinos post

Elmore served as division head of global sales and development for GLI’s Kobetron division for a period of 14 years. He has now returned to the New Jersey-based testing, certification, and assessment services provider after holding the position of vice president of sales for Gaming Innovation Group.

Elmore will work directly with casino operators across North America on a broad range of issues affecting the industry, including matters such as the convergence of land-based and igaming, cybersecurity, and evolving regulations. In his role, Elmore will work directly with casino operators across North America.

Since its founding in 1989, GLI has expanded to include offices all over the world and has performed equipment testing for more than 480 different jurisdictions. The United States of America, Canada, the Caribbean, and Mexico are all represented by its offices in North America.

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) hired industry veteran David Elmore as VP sales for North America, strengthening its sales team and signaling its US intent.

For 14 years, Elmore has sold GLI’s solutions, mostly testing, to land-based casino groups, local tribes, and the regulator in New Jersey. Global sales and development manager.

He will lead North American commercial strategy at GiG. This includes ensuring that GiG’s solutions and services lead North American platform tenders.

GiG has signed Playstar, a challenger brand entering NJ and PA, to build on its US success with Hard Rock. GiG believes Canada will be a key market in the coming years and will deliver in regulated Ontario for some of its customers.
