Nothing to separate the two sides

Crystal Palace welcome Fulham to Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon as the two London sides go head-to-head in this Premier League clash. There are some interesting markets in this fixture which are worth keeping an eye on.

Team news

Michael Olise remains out of action for Crystal Palace after suffering a setback in his recovery from injury. As for Fulham, they are without midfielder Sasa Lukic and goalkeeper Steven Benda for this trip.

Odsonne Edouard to score anytime at 15/8

It has been an excellent start to the season for Crystal Palace striker Odsonne Edouard. The Frenchman has scored four goals in the Premier League in his first five appearances of the campaign.

After joining the club from Celtic two years ago, it has taken the attacker time to adjust to the demands of the Premier League and it appears as though he is now settling and the Eagles are reaping the rewards. His best total for a term in the top-flight is currently six goals, so he is already on course to enjoy his most prolific  season to date. And those extra goals that he could deliver this year could go a long way for Roy Hodgson’s side.

Edouard is in the best form of his Palace career and he is brimming with confidence. As his side prepare for the visit of Fulham this weekend, he will be backing himself to get on the scoresheet again.

Draw and both teams to score (Yes) at 18/5

The two teams head into this game at the weekend with the same record from their opening five games (won two, drawn one, lost two). It feels like there won’t be much to separate the two sides when they lock horns on the pitch on Saturday. Palace have mustered six goals in the league so far and Fulham themselves have scored five.

There is a lot of quality in both ranks and it seems like we are yet to see either of them hit their stride just yet, but it could still make for an entertaining battle this weekend. Edouard is in great form for the hosts, and while Fulham haven’t boasted a prolific goalscorer this term, they are blessed with several players who can help with that particular burden, such as Andreas Pereira and Willian.

We feel that this game is likely to end as a stalemate but there is a good indication that this game should be able to see goals from both sides.
